No guesswork.

What is a non-serialized component?+

Common examples include slides, handguards, barrels, stocks, triggers, grips, magazines, and accessories. Serialized frames and lower receivers require FFL-managed intake.

How do I drop off or ship my parts?+

Local drop-off and mail-in steps will be provided once your project is approved. Do not send any item until you receive intake instructions.

How is serialized work handled?+

Impact Outpost coordinates qualifying serialized projects through Saints Armory, our featured FFL partner. They manage documented transfer, intake, and return procedures.

Which artwork files do you accept?+

Preferred files are SVG, DXF, and AI. High-resolution PNG artwork can also be reviewed. Include dimensions or reference images whenever possible.
